Our Sports and Exercise physiotherapist James, is taking a well earned break with a few days off in the Snowies to conquer his first ultra trail run! He will be racing the @trailrunaustralia 50km tomorrow morning. We wish him all the best and will update you all on his result tomorrow.
James will be back in the studio on Thursday.

During this morning’s Athlete Development, @busylilpoppets smashed out a deadlift PB of 60kg for 3 sets of 6 reps.
SJ is training for not only the 50km trail run at @ultratrailaustralia in May, but also the 11km!
Her consistency with training is setting her up really nicely to run a very strong event! 💪

Well done to everyone who put in a solid first week! Remember you can book your classes up to 28 days in advance, so get your routine set.
