Ever wondered if you are progressing? Our Physiotherapists and Exercise Scientists use the AxIT smart dynamometers and force plate system to accurately measure our client’s strength and movement to optimise their injury rehabilitation and performance.

How can and AxIT assessment help you?
The AxIT system assists us to measure your strength and movement baselines, track progression over time and identify imbalances that may be holding you back from achieving your injury or performance goals.

Undergoing a regular AxIT reassessment will keep you accountable to your exercise and keep you motivated to succeed.

What does an AxIT assessment involve?
An AxIT Assessment involves a comprehensive series of movement tests using three devices to gain valuable objective data on your strength and how you move.

These assessments may be performed in session or as a standalone service to help guide our management plan and get the best possible outcomes for your health and fitness!

What can we measure with the AxIT system?
- Isolated muscle strength and rate of force development (power)
- Squats
- Lunges
- Isometric mid thigh pull
- Jump and hop height, power and ground contact time
- Plus many more

An AxIT assessment can be booked with our Physiotherapists and Exercise Scientist.
