Glenn is a founding Director of Evado Studios and has more than 15 years of experience in the Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy industry. Glenn’s formal education includes a Masters of Physiotherapy (Sports) at The University of Melbourne where he was the top ranked student in his year level. He then became a qualified APA Sports Physiotherapist having completed various roles with the Football Federation Victoria, VFL Football, AGSV/APS football and National Institute of Circus Arts. More recently his sporting involvement has been with Russian Choreographic Academy (ballet) and Trinity Grammar (soccer and basketball). In 2018, Glenn also commenced a Tutoring role at The University of Melbourne’s School of Physiotherapy.
The majority of Glenn’s patients are directly referred to him through word-of-mouth. He has expertise in the management of complex and chronic injuries and enjoys working with individuals of any age and any level who are wishing to return-to-exercise or return-to-sport. Detailed and precise manual therapy treatments and Clinical Pilates programs are a key focus of his work.
Much of Glenn’s work is also the behind-the-scenes management of the Evado organisation and its team.

Michael graduated from the University of Melbourne’s Doctor of Physiotherapy program with distinction, and prior to this, completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Honours in Physiology from Monash University.
Michael has a keen interest in the assessment and management of sporting-related injuries, with a particular focus on the knee, ankle and shoulder. He further has experience in the management of acute and chronic back and neck pain. Using the latest in evidence-based practice, Michael combines an exercise-based and hands-on approach in the management of his patients, with a particular focus on functional strengthening. He aims to individualise his care for each of his patients, and provide them with the necessary tools to overcome their injury, achieve their goals, and improve upon their overall health in the long-term.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing basketball and running, exploring the various cuisines and dining experiences within Melbourne, and supporting the Carlton Football Club.

Ruby is a passionate graduate physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. Her journey into physiotherapy is rooted in a lifelong love for sports, having spent years actively participating in various sporting pursuits. Over the years, Ruby has faced her own fair share of sports injuries, frequently seeking physiotherapy treatment, which gave her a unique insight into the challenges of recovery. These personal experiences, combined with her strong interest in the field, inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy, driven by a desire to help others overcome similar obstacles.
With a genuine understanding of what it’s like to experience injury and the rehabilitation process, Ruby brings empathy, patience, and compassion to her practice. She is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of her patients, helping them regain not only their physical strength but also their confidence and independence. Known for her driven nature, Ruby thrives in building meaningful connections with others, and she takes pride in empowering individuals to return to their daily activities and continue living life to the fullest.

Zach is an enthusiastic, high-energy trainer who believes in using exercise as a tool to promote and form the foundation of a healthy balanced life. Whether it’s strength training or conditioning, being involved in any exercise is guaranteed to improve the quality of life.
Being an ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist and professional athlete, umpiring in the AFLW and VFL competitions, his range of knowledge provides clientele the confidence in his approach to exercise. His varied experience has enabled him to build a multi-faceted coaching style and his involvement in sport drives his passion in the strength and conditioning space. Combining this expertise and his passion, Zach has become a specialist in strength for injury prevention, injury rehabilitation and athlete strength development.
Zach’s enthusiasm can be seen in his group exercise classes, ensuring his clients experience a great workout but ultimately enjoy their time in the class. Ultimately, he aims to nurture, foster progression and create a fun space using his exercise science knowledge.

Movement has always been an integral part of Hannah’s life. Growing up immersed in ballet she developed a deep understanding of body awareness, and the intricate ways the body articulates strength and grace. Hannah graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in physiotherapy. These experiences laid the foundation for her passion for Pilates and strength training. Hannah thrives on how these activities encourage individuals to listen to their bodies, challenging them safely while respecting their unique limits.
Hannah strives to empower individuals to make positive changes by combining movement-based training, education, and ongoing support. She values movement as the core to health and longevity, believing it builds resilience and enhances quality of life.

Tegan is an experienced Pilates instructor with the ability to instruct both mat and reformer classes. She started Pilates after being told by a doctor that it would help with back pain, and since practicing Pilates and witnessing the results first hand, decided to train with the APPI and become an instructor. Her style is a combination of traditional Pilates principles with a physio led / modern approach too so classes can be suitable for any body type and experience level. Tegan is extremely passionate about Pilates and thoroughly enjoys sharing her passion for it with the community and watching how it increases body confidence, strength, and flexibility and completely changes lives and people’s relationships with exercise.
