At Evado Studios, we recognise that every pregnancy and postpartum journey is different, which is why we don't offer a one-size-fits-all approach to pre- and post-natal exercise.

Start with a one-on-one consultation with one of our Evado Studios physiotherapists at any stage in your journey. They will assess your health, goals, and work with you to establish the most appropriate direction to take towards your pre- and post-natal care.

Our highly proficient physiotherapists with post-graduate qualifications in rehabilitation and exercise, will work in collaboration with you to develop your individualised pregnancy exercise program. This will look different on every new mum and mum-to-be, which ensures that your program will be safe, effective, and specific to you.

Each of our studios are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including reformer and trapeze tables, to compliment you and your program.
