Olivia is an APA-registered Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy.

Throughout her career, Olivia has developed a strong interest in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal conditions, joint injuries and soft tissue disorders. She is particularly passionate about helping people living with persistent or chronic injuries that have not responded to previous treatment or seem unable to fully settle. Olivia enjoys working closely with her clients to identify the underlying factors contributing to their symptoms and developing tailored strategies to help them regain confidence, function and quality of life.

Her commitment to sports physiotherapy and injury management has also led her to work closely within the local community, providing physiotherapy support to the Yarraville Seddon Eagles Women's Football Team and Altona East Soccer Club. These roles have further strengthened her expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation and return-to-sport management.

Olivia adopts an active, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation and is highly experienced in designing and supervising individualised exercise programs. She believes in empowering her clients with the knowledge, skills and confidence to take control of their health and achieve their personal goals.

Frank has more than 20 years of experience in sports and spinal physiotherapy, developed through extensive work with athletes, active individuals and patients presenting with complex musculoskeletal conditions. His sports physiotherapy experience has included working with athletes from AFL, Rowing Australia, Athletics Australia, A-League Soccer and Swimming Australia, with a particular focus on overuse injuries requiring detailed and often long-term rehabilitation.

Chronic spinal pain is currently Frank’s main focus. His primary treatment approach is identifying key factors contributing to a person’s symptoms and developing rehabilitation solutions that address these underlying issues. He is passionate about working with people willing to invest the time and understanding in addressing causative factors to loss of function and performance. This interest led him to undertake a four-year clinical doctorate at La Trobe University investigating chronic lower back pain and the role of Clinical Pilates in recovery.

Alongside his clinical work, Frank is passionate about the education and development of physiotherapists. His past involvement with Sports Physiotherapy Australia involved mentoring physiotherapists in their practical skillset and general sports knowledge. Frank also plays a consistent role in mentoring physiotherapists across the Evado group. He believes mentoring and support as an important part of maintaining the high standard of clinical care and service Evado is known for.

Frank also works closely with a numerous universities by supporting their clinical placement programs of final year students. This development helps the next generation of clinicians build their practical skills, confidence and professional judgement.

Together with Glenn McKernan, Frank has led Evado Studios for 15 years, helping guide its growth and development from its early beginnings. Along with Glenn, his primary role is navigating the strategic direction of the group. He is proud of Evado’s commitment to providing high-quality physiotherapy, rehabilitation and exercise services for people of all ages and levels of physical activity.

Aaron is a dedicated graduate physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Biomedicine from the University of Melbourne. He enjoys working with active individuals of all levels, from everyday exercisers to competitive athletes, supporting them in achieving their health, performance and wellbeing goals.

Having played sport for many years, Aaron understands the physical and psychological challenges that come with injury. This experience drives his passion for guiding clients through their rehabilitation journey with empathy, clear communication and evidence‑based practice.

Aaron has gained experience across a wide range of clinical environments, including hospital settings, outpatient clinics and as a sports trainer in the Victorian Premier League. He has a strong interest in sports injury rehabilitation and currently works as a physiotherapist with Altona East Soccer Club.

He is committed to helping every client return to the activities they love with confidence and long‑term resilience.

Ryan is an APA Physiotherapist who completed both his Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise Science at Victoria University.

During his Exercise Science studies, Ryan discovered his passion for physiotherapy and the profound impact rehabilitation can have on a person's quality of life. Helping individuals recover from injury, regain confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy most continues to be a major driving force behind his work.

Ryan has gained experience across a variety of clinical settings, including private practice, sports physiotherapy with Melbourne Victory FC, neurological rehabilitation, and community health. He has a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions, injury management, and exercise-based rehabilitation.

Ryan is committed to providing individualised, evidence-based care that not only helps clients recover from injury but also supports them in achieving their long-term health and lifestyle goals. He is passionate about helping people return to the activities, work, and hobbies that matter most to them.

Andrew is an Accredited Exercise Scientist who has completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sport Practice) and a Certificate IV in Pilates (Mat and Reformer).

Andrew spent two seasons as a Strength and Conditioning coach for Hume City FC in the Victorian National Premier League of Soccer. He monitored athlete wellness and performance, ran rehab sessions for injured athletes, as well as managed the player’s GPS devices.

Having undergone his own rehabilitation from a knee injury, Andrew has the advantage of empathising with clients under physical duress. This includes clients that wish to ‘take the next step’ with their health and fitness, or those with a current or chronic injury. He is eager to pass his knowledge onto others through exercise and education, that way his clients feel empowered and motivated to change their exercise habits and physical condition.

Andrew works with people of all ages and levels of fitness. He is also registered and has experience working with NDIS clients.

In his spare time Andrew enjoys running with the goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon.

Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation 

Andre is an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist, having graduated from Victoria University in 2022.

He then spent time working with defence force veterans, prescribing clinical exercises for clients with a wide range of joint and bone issues, mental health considerations, and numerous physiological concerns such as metabolic, cancer, cardiovascular, neurological and pulmonary conditions.

He has a passion for empowering people to regain their independence by inviting collaboration, providing knowledge, improving movement patterns, and improving health outcomes. He achieves this through clear goal setting and by adjusting exercise and fitness to the individual, based on scientific evidence and clinical justification. 

Outside of the clinic, Andre has taken on a coaching role in local football, as the senior coach of the Yarraville-Seddon Eagles’ Women’s side. Previously, he has worked with the Williamstown Football Club side as a development coach, improving the skills and performance of their VFLW side.

Ethan has completed Diploma of Sport and Leadership and Management with the Richmond Institute of Sports Leadership. Ethan is also an accredited Exercise Scientist having recently completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Swinburne University. 

Having played sport his whole life Ethan has found a passion for training and wants to help each client achieve their fitness goals regardless of age or fitness level. Ethan has spent time working with clients in both clinical and commercial settings through his multiple university placements.

In his spare time Ethan enjoys playing football, going to the gym and spending time with friends.

Felipe is a qualified and highly enthusiastic Pilates Instructor and Exercise Scientist with over 10 years experience. After personally managing his own recovery from two protruding discs, Felipe discovered the transformative power of Pilates and body awareness. This journey inspired his passion for helping others regain mobility, strength and flexibility. He firmly believes that exercise is a cornerstone of a balanced and healthy life and his goal is to make fitness both effective and enjoyable for his clients. When he’s not instructing, Felipe enjoys playing the guitar and piano, composing music, and continuing his lifelong pursuit of learning.

Romina’s love for movement and fitness began as a national-level gymnast, where she represented Victoria and became an all-around state champion. She holds a Bachelor's in Social Science, majoring in HR and Psychology, and is also a qualified gymnastics coach.

After completing her studies, Romina landed her dream job as an HR Manager, coach, and program manager at a large elite gymnastics centre. For the next 10 years, she combined her passion for children, gymnastics, and HR, managing the recreational gymnastics program and coaching athletes.

After stepping away to raise her three children, Romina felt a strong pull back to the fitness industry. Since leaving gymnastics, Pilates and strength training became her go-to methods for maintaining strength, mobility, and control. Now, as a Reformer Pilates instructor, she is committed to helping others move well, build strength, and stay active in a way that fits into their busy lives.

Romina’s teaching style focuses on ensuring all clients perform exercises with proper form for optimal results in their fitness goals. She is especially passionate about supporting mums-to-be and mums in carving out time for themselves so they can thrive for both themselves and their families. She plans to begin her pre- and post-natal Pilates accreditation to further support women in their fitness journeys.

Carmel is a qualified Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor and has joined our fitness team here at Evado Newport. Having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre, she toured Australia and Australasia with Walt Disney before becoming a Pilates instructor. Carmel has an extensive background in dance where she completed Graduate Diploma in Teaching, Ballet, Tap and Jazz. She also has qualifications in Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates, and Therapeutic Yoga.

Whilst teaching dance, Carmel tore her ACL ligament in her knee and turned to physiotherapy and Pilates to help with rehabilitation and conditioning. Her journey as a client led her to undertake her Pilates course at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. This helped her to understand the mechanics behind her rehabilitation and how she can use this knowledge to cater to clients recovering from an injury like herself and their overall health and fitness. 

Over the years, Carmel has continued to build her knowledge in the fitness and health space. She has undertaken workshops for professional development in spinal mobility, strength, exercise science & postural screening, and nutrition & body fat management. This provided Carmel a better understanding of movement for mind body connection, pain relief and strength building to help provide clients with a full body workout. 

Outside of Evado, Carmel enjoys kayaking, swimming, cake decorating and painting with her family.

Bronwyn is a certified Exercise Scientist, Mat & Reformer Pilates, Spin and Boxing instructor, as well as a qualified Dietitian. She has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and has always been passionate about health and fitness.

From a young age, Bronwyn realised that she wanted a career in the fitness industry, becoming a qualified gym instructor at the age of 18. She then competed in bodybuilding as a junior and won the title Junior Ms Melbourne. She went on further in her later years to represent Australia internationally winning Ms Universe & World Figure BodyBuilding.

After recognising that nutrition is an integral part of health and fitness, Bronwyn became a qualified Nutritionist and has been practising in private practice.

Bronwyn has been teaching both mat and reformer Pilates for almost 20 years. Her classes consist of a combination of exercises to help stretch the body whilst also feeling the burn.

She has had a lifelong passion for the administrative field, and her interest in clinical Psychology deepens her desire to help others achieve their goals. She greatly enjoys contributing to the team and everyone's fitness journeys in meaningful ways.

She spends most of her spare time reading, playing with her cat, and going out for dinner with friends. She has continued to enjoy social sports like netball and badminton since her high school years.

She has a strong passion for human anatomy, the power of physical movement, and aspires to one day become a physiotherapist and help to empower others to become their best selves. 

In her free time, she enjoys coaching and competing in calisthenics, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
