What are your top tips for gaining muscle AND losing body fat?
- Get rid of excess/processed sugar and carbohydrates i.e. junk food from your diet
- Exercise – make sure it is the right type! Both weights and cardio is ideal
- Reduce or remove alcohol (it makes a big difference!)
- Refuel correctly post workout
- Ensure you have enough good quality Omega 3s and Omega 6s in your diet. Good fats are needed to burn fat!
- Removed all artificial flavours, colours and sweeteners from your diet as these equal weight gain
- Get 8hrs sleep!
