Chris is an Accredited Exercise Scientist with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Sport. He is currently completing his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University and has a deep interest in using exercise to help prevent and improve chronic health conditions.

He has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2008 for a wide-range of organisations including sporting clubs, private fitness studios, secondary schools and non-profit organisations such as the Multiple Sclerosis Society of South Australia.

Chris is passionate about Pilates and has been instructing both one on one and group reformer classes since 2010. He believes in combining traditional Pilates concepts with modern strength and conditioning principles to create the most effective and time efficient exercise sessions for his clients.

In his spare time, Chris stays involved with his cricket and football clubs and enjoys playing the guitar and visiting his home town of Adelaide.
