Chris is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES). He completed his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University and has been employed within the health and wellness industry since 2008. Chris has practiced across a multitude of roles spanning from exercise and health promotion to strength and conditioning positions.
As an AEP, Chris specialises in developing clinical exercise interventions for a broad range of pathological populations. Chris is particularly interested in the benefits of exercise in the treatment and management of cardiometabolic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome and sleep apnoea. Chris values the importance of creating a positive environment to encourage change, which he strives to provide for all clients.
Chris is also available for Personal Training and is passionate about Pilates, instructing both one on one and group reformer classes since 2010. He believes in combining traditional Pilates concepts with modern strength and conditioning principles to create the most effective and time efficient exercise sessions for his clients.
In his spare time, Chris stays involved with his cricket and football clubs and enjoys playing the guitar and visiting his home town of Adelaide.
