Certificate IV in Pilates
Teah has always been interested in sports and fitness. As a young child, dancing was her passion, and she has competed both locally and interstate.
Over the past two years, Teah has run and taught gymnastics, and as a result acquired skills necessary to guide and help people in both 1:1 and group settings.
Having completed her studies over an 18 month period at the renowned Breathe Institute, Teah is the newest Fitness Pilates instructor to join the growing team at the Point Cook studio.
An avid devotee and advocate of Pilates, Teah’s goal is to inspire others and share her passion. She hopes clients leave her classes feeling energized, motivated and proud of their accomplishments.
