Clinical Pilates/Exercise Thornbury

A Clinical Pilates/Exercise program at Evado Studios in Thornbury will help address core stability, flexibility, posture, body awareness, and injury concerns requiring rehabilitation.

Start with a one-on-one assessment with one of our expert Physiotherapists who will spend time discussing, understanding and assessing your current physical capacity and work with you to design an individualised program to achieve the best outcome.

Then move into a Clinical Pilates/Exercise class, following your individualised program. Classes are conducted by Physiotherapists at Evado Studios Thornbury with specialist training in Clinical Pilates/Exercise using the reformer and trapeze table. Classes can also include strength-based exercises using our fully equipped functional gym area.

Classes run for 40 minutes with a maximum of 4 participants and are claimable through Private Health Insurance (item code 560).
