Malia recognises the importance of holistic care and prides herself on collaborative goal-setting, utilising individualised exercise programs tailored to these goals and the latest evidence-based research to manage a wide range of conditions.

Malia has acquired valuable experience with various musculoskeletal injuries through her work with athletes from a range of sports, with a focus on injury prevention and management and performance optimisation. Malia works with the local community football and soccer clubs, including Point Cook Soccer Club where she continues to work as a physiotherapist.

Outside of physiotherapy, Malia enjoys travelling, cooking, and adventuring with her dog.
