Malia has a vested interest in health and wellbeing, inspired by her own passion for competitive sports from an early age, including netball and swimming. She believes that a rehabilitation program combining exercise, education, and manual therapy where indicated has the power to help people achieve their optimal wellbeing. Malia recognises the importance of holistic care and prides herself on collaborative goal-setting, utilising individualised exercise programs tailored to these goals and the latest evidence-based research to manage a wide range of conditions.

Malia has acquired valuable experience with various musculoskeletal injuries through her work with multiple sporting clubs, with a focus on injury prevention and management and performance optimisation. Most recently, she has worked with Point Cook Football Club where she continues to work as a physiotherapist.

Outside of physiotherapy, Malia enjoys playing netball, spending time at the beach, and adventuring with her dog.
