Kara’s passion for fitness began in 2014 when she began training with a personal trainer and completing her certificate IV in fitness soon after. She recently completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and is due to complete her Honours year in 2020.
After attending her first Pilates class in 2015 she decided to complete her Pilates certification. She believes everybody can benefit from including Pilates in their weekly program as it includes strengthening and flexibility exercises. Kara frequently attends Pilates classes to increase her knowledge and find new exercises to incorporate into her classes.
