Exercise Scientists and Personal Trainers at Evado Studios Hawthorn are university qualified and follow the latest Strength & Conditioning methods to ensure that your individualised program will exceed your health and fitness goals.
Our trainers will provide personalised attention to educate you on correct exercise technique and execution, and motivate you every step of the way.

In your initial session, your trainer will go through injury history, discuss training goals, assess movement patterns, and conduct relevant fitness testing. From here they will devise a manageable plan to best get you to your goals via our Target.Perform.Achieve. management system.
Your exercise plan may include a mix of one-on-one and/or group Personal Training sessions.
Sessions can run from 30-60 minutes depending on your needs. We have a range of flexible payment options to suit all arrangements, including:
- Casual payment
- Packages of 6, 12 or 24 sessions
- Gold Membership, which includes weekly Personal Training as well as unlimited access to fitness classes & to the studio for independent exercise.
Evado Hawthorn dates back to 2010 & it has hugely grown thanks to the loyal support of the Hawthorn, Kew, Camberwell and Richmond communities. Being open more than 12 hours a day means we offer 150 classes per week; the most extensive in our group.
Our 600m2 studio provides every service needed to achieve your health & fitness goals. We have a loyal, university qualified team of Physiotherapy, Exercise Science and Pilates staff. Large Pilates area, gym, spin room and more mean we provide the ultimate health solution. Onsite parking available.
We offer a range of casual, package and membership options to suit your needs. Private health insurance rebates are available for Clinical services.
