Bachelor of Applied Science
Master of Physiotherapy Practice

Richard graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. He has been involved in sporting activities such as tennis and swimming since a young age and has sparked an interest in getting himself back on track, leading him to pursue Physiotherapy.

Richard’s goal is to help people reach their health fitness goals. He believes in utilising a mix of hands-on therapy combined with an exercise program to reach tailored goals for each patient. As a result of this approach, patients are confidently enabled to pursue their health and fitness goals.

He has a keen interest in strength and conditioning having worked with local community football clubs including Maribyrnong Football Club from 2017-2018 and personally pursuing power lifting training outside of the clinic.

Richard’s passion for learning has also led him to volunteer internationally in Ha Noi, Vietnam. He worked with war veterans and children affected by the Vietnam War gaining valuable insights into chronic musculoskeletal conditions and developed an appreciation for working with people across the lifespan.

Outside of physiotherapy, Richard enjoys going on multiday hikes as well as spending time with his dog.
