Our modern, boutique studio offers private treatment areas as well as an exercise space with Clinical Pilates equipment, allowing us to treat you with both hands-on and exercise-based techniques. M-City Shopping Centre provides numerous car parking options for your convenience.
Our Clinical Pilates programs are run by experienced Physiotherapists to provide an individualised exercise program plan for injury management. Specific exercises that focus on strength, mobility & function are done under close supervision.
Health insurance rebates are available on all private services and we accept patients with claims through Medicare, WorkCover, TAC, DVA, NDIS and more. A range of options are available for those doing Clinical Pilates in order to best suit your needs.

Glenn is a founding Director of Evado Studios and has more than 15 years of experience in the Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy industry. Glenn’s formal education includes a Masters of Physiotherapy (Sports) at The University of Melbourne where he was the top ranked student in his year level. He then became a qualified APA Sports Physiotherapist having completed various roles with the Football Federation Victoria, VFL Football, AGSV/APS football and National Institute of Circus Arts. More recently his sporting involvement has been with Russian Choreographic Academy (ballet) and Trinity Grammar (soccer and basketball). In 2018, Glenn also commenced a Tutoring role at The University of Melbourne’s School of Physiotherapy.
The majority of Glenn’s patients are directly referred to him through word-of-mouth. He has expertise in the management of complex and chronic injuries and enjoys working with individuals of any age and any level who are wishing to return-to-exercise or return-to-sport. Detailed and precise manual therapy treatments and Clinical Pilates programs are a key focus of his work.
Much of Glenn’s work is also the behind-the-scenes management of the Evado organisation and its team.

Katrina graduated from The University of Melbourne and Deakin University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Hons), respectively. She has actively been working in the private sports and fitness settings focusing on rehabilitation, load management, injury prevention and optimising performance over the last eight years.
Katrina strives to empower patients to make positive changes through a balance of hands-on treatment and movement-based rehabilitation by implementing modalities such as Clinical Pilates and Strength Training. Similarly, Katrina ensures she educates her patients on their pain and injury guaranteeing everyone leaves the treatment room with all concerns addressed, feeling reassured with an optimal treatment plan.
Katrina has worked with a variety of clientele, ranging from elite level athletes to general population, implementing both Physiotherapy and fitness services. She is passionate about transitioning clients from acute injury into regular training, valuing movement as the core modality to maintaining overall health. Subsequently, her services also offer one on one and small group training services once injuries are managed.
Outside of Physiotherapy, Katrina enjoys indulging in one too many coffees around Melbourne.

Shanelle graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She is also an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Throughout her career, Shanelle has worked with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from injuries or surgeries, those with chronic conditions such as arthritis or multiple sclerosis, and those seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals, whether that's returning to an activity or simply being able to move with less pain. Shanelle seeks for what is important for the client to facilitate individualised rehabilitation and achieving personal goals.
In her practice, Shanelle uses a range of evidence-based techniques to help her patients achieve their desired outcomes. These may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities including clinical pilates, and patient education on topics such as injury prevention and posture. Shanelle is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, and regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in her field.
In her free time, Shanelle enjoys bouldering, hiking and she is dedicated to living an active lifestyle herself to provide best care possible to her patients. Growing up in Malaysia, she is also fluent in Chinese.
