Our Studio

Clinical Pilates classes

Our Clinical Pilates programs are run by experienced Physiotherapists to provide an individualised exercise program plan for injury management. Specific exercises that focus on strength, mobility & function are done under close supervision.

Modern boutique studios

Our modern, boutique studio offers private treatment areas as well as an exercise space with Clinical Pilates equipment, allowing us to treat you with both hands-on and exercise-based techniques. M-City Shopping Centre provides numerous car parking options for your convenience.

Flexible payment options

Health insurance rebates are available on all private services and we accept patients with claims through Medicare, WorkCover, TAC, DVA, NDIS and more. A range of options are available for those doing Clinical Pilates in order to best suit your needs.

Masters of Physiotherapy Practice

Bachelor of Applied Science

Shanelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University.

She takes a detailed approach to movement and rehabilitation, with special interest in managing spinal pain & shoulder injuries. With a patient-centred approach, Shanelle tailors rehabilitation plans to align with each individual's priorities—whether it’s returning to a favourite sport or simply moving with less pain.

She utilises a balance of hands on treatment including joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, dry needling and active approach including clinical Pilates & clinical strength to fulfill patient’s goals.                 

Outside of work, Shanelle leads an active lifestyle through bouldering, swimming & hiking. Growing up in Malaysia, she is fluent in Chinese, allowing her to assist patients who may face language barriers in their care.

Glenn is a founding Director of Evado Studios and has more than 15 years of experience in the Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy industry. Glenn’s formal education includes a Masters of Physiotherapy (Sports) at The University of Melbourne where he was the top ranked student in his year level. He then became a qualified APA Sports Physiotherapist having completed various roles with the Football Federation Victoria, VFL Football, AGSV/APS football and National Institute of Circus Arts. More recently his sporting involvement has been with Russian Choreographic Academy (ballet) and Trinity Grammar (soccer and basketball). In 2018, Glenn also commenced a Tutoring role at The University of Melbourne’s School of Physiotherapy.

The majority of Glenn’s patients are directly referred to him through word-of-mouth. He has expertise in the management of complex and chronic injuries and enjoys working with individuals of any age and any level who are wishing to return-to-exercise or return-to-sport. Detailed and precise manual therapy treatments and Clinical Pilates programs are a key focus of his work.

Much of Glenn’s work is also the behind-the-scenes management of the Evado organisation and its team.

Max is a dedicated graduate physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy from Victoria University, following a double degree in Exercise and Sport Science and Business at Deakin University. His pathway into physiotherapy was shaped by a deep interest in human anatomy, performance and rehabilitation, as well as a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Max brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge, communication skills and a practical, outcomes-focused mindset to his physiotherapy practice. Having been actively involved in sport throughout his life and experiencing firsthand the challenges of injury and recovery, he developed a genuine appreciation for the role of physiotherapy in helping individuals return to the activities they love.

Outside of physiotherapy, Max plays football for Coburg in the VFL and enjoys all thing sports as well as watching any movie, no matter how ordinary.

Ruby is a passionate graduate physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. Her journey into physiotherapy is rooted in a lifelong love for sports, having spent years actively participating in various sporting pursuits. Over the years, Ruby has faced her own fair share of sports injuries, frequently seeking physiotherapy treatment, which gave her a unique insight into the challenges of recovery. These personal experiences, combined with her strong interest in the field, inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy, driven by a desire to help others overcome similar obstacles.

 With a genuine understanding of what it’s like to experience injury and the rehabilitation process, Ruby brings empathy, patience, and compassion to her practice. She is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of her patients, helping them regain not only their physical strength but also their confidence and independence. Known for her driven nature, Ruby thrives in building meaningful connections with others, and she takes pride in empowering individuals to return to their daily activities and continue living life to the fullest.

Rachel has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences alongside training as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and is passionate about all things physical and mental health. 

Outside of work Rachel loves spending time practicing and teaching yoga, walking out in nature and travelling.

Outside of work, you’ll find Emily walking her dogs, training at the gym or out on the footy field.
