Isabelle graduated from La Trobe University, Bundoora with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master in Physiotherapy Practice. She has a great interest in the way that the human body functions in the presence and absence of pain and injury.

Isabelle works collaboratively with her clients to create a holistic treatment plan that aligns with their values and meets their needs. She strives to educate and empower patients towards optimal, long-lasting health and well-being. Isabelle enjoys working with a wide range of clients across the lifespan, and uses a combination of treatment techniques, including exercise, hands on techniques and education. She has training in APPI Matwork and Reformer Clinical Pilates that she likes to incorporate into client’s management plans when appropriate. Isabelle also has a strong passion for working with women pre and post pregnancy and encouraging them to exercise in the safest way possible, with specific training in APPI Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates.

Isabelle has a keen interest in sport, having played many different sports over the years. While working at Fitzroy Football Club as a sports trainer she developed a fascination for injury management and prevention within the sporting environment. Isabelle continues to develop experience in sports-related injuries by currently working with Swinburne University Football Club’s Men’s and Women’s teams as a physiotherapist. Outside of work, Isabelle leads an active lifestyle including running, strength training, yoga and Pilates, as well as socialising with friends and travelling.
