Rachel’s passion for health and fitness began at 16 years old, when she lost her father to aggressive bowel cancer. Through this experience, Rachel developed a passion for helping others to improve their health and avoid chronic illness.
Rachel started her career in the fitness industry at a small gym in Kinglake West, VIC, just one year after the 2009 bushfires. Rachel was fortunate enough to be working under the guidance of a wonderful Osteopath, who worked with Rachel to complete her Certificate III & IV in Fitness and encouraged Rachel to both instruct and assist with some of her patient’s clinical exercise programs. This is where Rachel’s passion grew, leading her to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science with Australian Catholic University.
Rachel would love to work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals, safely avoid injury & illness, and have fun while you’re at it. Rachel is available for one-on-one sessions, and instructs Strength, Conditioning and Fitness Pilates classes.
