Megan Gillett comes to Evado Studios with an Exercise and Sports Science background.  She has been working in the industry as a Myotherapist for three years. Megan worked for the Geelong Cats football club as a trainer for four years, and has developed a deep understanding of the injury and peak-performance concerns of elite athletes.

Megan has completed her Bachelor Degree, Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy, Diploma in Remedial Massage, Cert IV in Pilates and is currently studying a Diploma of Clinical Pilates – giving her a well-rounded skill set.

Megan was a passionate dancer for ten years and was inspired to help injured athletes and all people experiencing chronic pain after her own battle with a significant knee injury.

Megan’s passion for Pilates began in the clinical stream, but she now loves the health and fitness benefits that it gives. She has been an active participant in all forms of Pilates for several years and enjoys how it makes her feel happy and strong. She wants to pass on her passion during her classes and hopes people leave feeling empowered both physically and mentally.

With knowledge and experience across a range of sports injuries and rehabilitation techniques, Megan is equipped to help you reach your performance and fitness goals.
