Bachelor of Exercise Science (Current)
Sarah has always been very passionate about Health and Fitness, participating in both dance and sport aerobics from a young age. She went on to compete both nationally and internationally and since then has become a dedicated and well respected Sport Coach for multiple schools.
This passion lead Sarah to completing her Personal Trainer Certificate III & IV in Fitness and beginning a Bachelor of Exercise Science which she is currently undertaking.
Sarah loves a challenge and recently faced her own fears of swimming as she trained for and competed in the Ironman 70.3 at Busselton and soon will begin training for the full ironman distance. After following her dreams and finishing the New York Marathon in 2017, she came home to begin training a group of girls to run their first half marathon; all of whom had never been runners before.
With her love for all things fitness, Sarah tries not to “pigeon-hole” herself into any particular training style. She believes pilates is the perfect base for clients to learn body awareness and gain strength, allowing them to push outside their comfort zone.
