Laura has always been interested in health and fitness. She participated in many sports as a junior including basketball, netball and volleyball.
She followed her passion and completed an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy in 2009. From here, she continued her study in the health and fitness industry going on to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2012.
With a keen interest in nutrition and helping others establish a balanced healthy diet, Laura enjoys training clients that are looking to change their current lifestyle, improve their overall fitness level and change their body composition.
By helping clients shift their focus towards performance and function, she aims to motivate and challenge clients each session. The focus becomes what you CAN achieve rather than viewing exercise as a chore. By shifting this mentality, Laura has seen some fantastic fitness and weight loss results.
Laura loves to challenge clients and see them achieve outcomes they previously thought were unattainable. She believes regular exercise and a nutritious diet can change your life for the better; a message she passionately passes on to clients.
In her leisure, Laura enjoys playing basketball and spending time socialising with family and friends.
